Below terms and conditions of shipping and return are applicable to all products being sold in our website (https://nonagon.style/).
Shipping couriers are selected by our vendors and vary accordingly.
The most common ones are DHL Express.
Estimated shipping charges are stated as below.
Most of Europe, USA and Australia: USD 80-110
Most of Asia: USD 40-75
Rest of the world: USD 125-230
* These are the estimated shipping charges for orders in volumetric weight of 2KG and shipped from Hong Kong. Final shipping charges will be subjected to volumetric weights that could vary with products selected; and they will be mentioned in the final quotes of the orders.
# These estimated shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes of countries of receivers. The customers will be liable for import duties and taxes incurred from deliveries of the orders.
Estimated shipping times are stated as below.
Most of Europe, USA and Australia: 2-3 days
Most of Asia: 2-5 days
Rest of the world: 3-7 days
* These are the estimated shipping times in terms of business days, for orders being shipped from Hong Kong, using DHL Express. For shipping times of shipping origins of other regions, it will be subjected to the delivery services chosen by our vendors.
TURNAROUND TIME of HANDMADE PRODUCTS
A portion of products are handmade, and therefore not available in physical stock. It can take 1-3 weeks (approximately) or longer for delivery after orders are confirmed.
NONAGON.style will not be liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery.
ORDER QUOTATION REQUEST
You’ll receive quotes with final shipping prices included, after order quotation requests are made by pressing ‘Send Your Request’ button of the quotes.
The returned quotes include product names, unit prices, quantities, final shipping prices and quote totals.
You’ll also receives a payment link of PayPal or other third-party payment gateways, for settling payment of the returned quote.
Once your order has been placed with the payment settled, you will receive a confirmation email. After the product(s) have been shipped to your specified address, you will receive an order tracking number to track all your shipments.

All returns are based on individual vendors. Please see product description or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific inquiries.
If any returns are applicable, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the vendor has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
– Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after our approval of the same, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

– Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
– Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only applicable according to individual vendors. If applicable, items will only be replaced if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to the applicable sender address.
In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is covered by the vendor.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from original shipping time.
