How hard can paper be? We believe even the fragile paper has its indestructible facet. Exploring the infinite possibilities of paper, we overturn the traditional perception of paper while creating a series of breathing furniture. It's not the paper that is most malleable, but our imagination. Now we are glad to show you: paper WORKS!
Inspired by Japanese Zen culture, Paper Futon is skillfully crafted to care about your inner world. That the calming facade adds the soothing atmosphere has you easily embrace meditation in a nook at home.
Kraft paper provides surprising flexibility that means the futon can be folded endlessly. Fantastic honeycomb structure makes the kraft paper so strong that it can support up to 300kg. Last but not least step to ultimately eliminate paper's fragility lies in the particular paper treatment having the surface resistant to water penetration. Magnetic panels at the last layer serve as a strong yet natural clasp for Paper Futon to hold both ends together.
More than a futon, it is of the most versatility. Try to open it in different ways, you can get a footstool, small table, or decorative element. Just give your fancy full scope!
Each Paper Futon is equipped with a woven straw seat, as well spicing up primitive style as reducing indentation.
